Description
The SafeGuard™ Dead Air Box by Laboratory Systems Group provides a circulation-free fume enclosure, ideal for the manipulation of DNA and RNA and similar applications. The SafeGuard™ Dead Air Box controller comes standard with a 0-15 minute timed 254nm UV light source for irradiation between amplifications. When the sash is raised, a safety interlock switch disables the UV light to ensure operator protection. The seamless polycarbonate and polypropylene UV-reflective construction ensure no harmful energy escapes the enclosure.
