The AC600 Series Glutaraldehyde User Station, designed as an alternative to the AC1000, ushers in a new era of endoscopy containment systems. The AC600 Series Ductless Endoscopy Workstations provide the maximum level of operator safety while providing a low cost solution to high-level disinfectant vapor control during endoscope disinfection and cleaning. Standard on the AC600 Series is AirSafe™, a state-of-the-art microprocessor safety controller that constantly monitors airflow, filter condition, and disinfectant life for the healthcare professional.
Key Safety Features:
- Internal height allows activation of disinfectants within workstation while maintaining airflow face velocities of 100LFM.
- Filter and electronics are located above the work area, preventing spills or fumes from contacting the electronics.

Tray layout and Application
It is important to use two trays when reprocessing the endoscopy probes. One tray should contain the rinse water and the other tray should hold the high level disinfectant. The entire process should be completed inside a ductless workstation to ensure minimal exposure to the harmful high-level disinfectant. Once the soak time has expired, the endoscopy probe should be removed from the soaking tray and into the rinse tray without removal from the ductless workstation.
