The LSG range of fan units are ideally suited for the more discerning applications where high chemical resistance, quiet operation and low energy consumption are specific requirements.
Design and manufacturing techniques provide a robust assembly with an inherent lightweight reducing installation and maintenance costs.
Features
Light thermoplastic U/V resistant polypropylene with smooth hard surfaces offering strength combined with excellent resistance to chemicals particularly organic solvents
Polypropylene injection moulded forward curved multivane impellers ensuring no metal parts are in contact with the fumes and efficient quiet operation at reduced power consumption.
The design provides a single moulded one-piece assembly with encapsulated flange complete with 'O' ring seals for ease of access during assembly and preventative maintenance.
All fans have diameter inlet duct spigots and diameter outlet spigots are provided as standard offering adaptability in the selection and use of ductwork connections (optional rectangular outlet).
Polyfans allow rotational handing at one of eight positions rotated through 360o.
All units are suitable for external environments.
Polyfan direct-drive units can be fitted with either single or three-phase metric framed motors supplied by proprietary motor manufacturers.
